RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges or refunds as our products are hand made and customised to your specifications – However – if an item has been produced faulty, different from its description* or unable to be supplied, then an exchange or full refund may be available.

 

* Please Note: The printing process uses ceramic toners and developers and then the image is fired, in a kiln, on the porcelain plaque at high temperatures; this may result in slight variances in colour of the end product from the digital proofs of images and backgrounds supplied to you for approval.

 

In the case of faulty items, the following criteria must be met before an exchange/refund is considered:

 

  1. The fault is a manufacturing fault and not caused by the buyer.
  2. We are notified within 7 days of purchase.

 

Photo Ceramic Memories will happily fund the postage of the exchanged item back to you. If multiple exchanges are needed, the cost of subsequent exchanges will be borne by the buyer.

In the case of faulty goods, a refund may be permitted. However, all refunds, exchanges and credits remain at the sole discretion of Photo Ceramic Memories.
